A police officer found a perfect hiding place to catch speeders. But, after a few days, everyone was under the speed limit.
Suspicious, the officer discovered his problem: a 10-year-old boy was standing near the road with a hand-lettered sign reading, “RADAR TRAP AHEAD.”
Investigating farther down the road, the officer found another boy with another sign and his pockets filled with coins.
His sign?
“TIPS”!
